Chris - thanks for your sharing your insight. So far one week with ER4 and I can tell the difference. My only concern is that you need to set a budget to afford this stuff.

I am perhaps the individual referred to as "Friend #2" or at minimum responsible for introducing "Friend #2" to Endourox R4 (ER4). I first stumbled onto ER4 about 8 years ago when I was an avid runner looking for a little extra help from a nutritional perspective. I used the whole suite of products, including "Accelerade" which is their superior "Gatorade-like" product used during workouts for re-hydration and electrolyte replenishemnt, and follows the same 4:1 principle. I have been very satisfied with their products, and have definately noticed a higher level of endurance and intensity in consecutive workouts while using the products. In the recent volleyball trip Orlando has referenced on this blog, I used the ER4 and physically felt strong every day. Considering I was moderately disappointed in my level of fitness entering the trip (recovery from a bad ankle sprain inhibited training), I was pleased with my ability to maintain performance level over the grueling exertion of playing 4 days of sand volleyball. I atribute this to ER4.
