P90X – The journey begins.

I’m 42 years old, 5’11″ at 169lbs. My journey begins with a promise for 2008… (1) to be in the best shape of my life and (2) I want to win an A level EVP beach volleyball tournament. At my heights and age, this is going to take some physical and mental conjones. So now comes a new test of my competitive will as I get ready for next year.
