P90X+ New Year Resolution

[singlepic id=419 w=175 h=175 mode=watermark float=left] 10 days ago, I started my daily dose of P90X+. A little over a week into the program and I’m feeling the pain. Not surprisingly, my fit test, pitcures and endurance look much better than my first time over a year ago. It has been a long and rewarding journey. My goal is to be in top form for the spring/summer beach volleyball season and take it up a notch at the EVP level in the Midwest. I do have good encouragement this time around as my volleyball partner is also hooked on it. Now we are both going to BRING IT! We’re also back in the gym twice a week running crazy drills. Below is my initial fit test result.
